Remote Accountant (Full-Time)

Overview

This role offers an experienced accounting professional the opportunity to work full-time from home during traditional business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST). The position focuses on providing outsourced transactional and full-cycle accounting services to multiple clients using cloud-based platforms and virtual infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Deliver exceptional accounting and operational services to clients.
• Apply professional accounting and bookkeeping practices thoroughly.
• Support client onboarding processes according to established procedures.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping entries, monthly close, and financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to ensure timely and effective communication and client satisfaction.
• Maintain day-to-day client relationships within defined processes and budget constraints.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or tools to enhance client value and efficiency.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in regular team and one-on-one video meetings to align on goals and progress.
• Adapt to and utilize new technology to address client needs.
• Accept coaching and feedback from management and implement improvements to meet team and client objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• At least 1 year of transactional accounting experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience working in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
• Ability and commitment to work during standard business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
• Proven ability to manage client relationships within established processes and budgets.
• Strong dedication to client satisfaction and business success.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling client data.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $72,000 - $75,000 USD annually.

Location

• Remote work from home, with work hours aligned to one of the U.S. time zones: EST, CST, MST, or PST.
