Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

Overview

The organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst to support cash flow by monitoring outstanding receivables and driving timely collections. This role focuses on accounts receivable aging, discrepancy resolution, and professional client communication to ensure invoices are paid on time. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of outstanding balances across multiple revenue streams, including complex invoice adjustments and reconciliations
• Lead proactive collections efforts across broker and marketplace partner portfolios, including negotiating payment arrangements, escalating high-risk delinquent accounts, and resolving complex disputes
• Design, develop, and own AR aging reports, dashboards, and KPIs; identify trends and provide actionable insights to Finance leadership
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve systemic receivables issues, drive automation and reporting accuracy improvements, and serve as a key stakeholder in ERP and system integration projects
• Prepare and present recurring and ad hoc financial reports for Finance leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related finance role
• Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application, and collections strategies
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, and data analysis; proficiency in MS Office suite
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote-first environment
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the sports and entertainment ticketing industry, a marketplace technology company, and/or a startup environment
• Experience with NetSuite and High Radius

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 - $85,000 per year
• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility
