Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

This is a fully remote position.

The organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Finance Operations team and help drive organic growth within hospital medicine services. The role involves building financial models and conducting analyses that inform program structure and pricing, with impact across multiple service lines. Work includes partnering with business and clinical leaders to maximize profitability and value for hospital partners through detailed financial assessment.

Responsibilities

• Build and conduct complex financial analyses related to site and service line performance and projections
• Assist with budgeting by identifying trends and quantifying financial impacts
• Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract amendments and renewals
• Collaborate with Clinical and Operations leaders to ensure financial statements reflect operational and contractual realities
• Support monthly operating reviews and explain financial variances to leadership

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statements and variance analysis
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
• Proven experience developing and executing complex financial analyses
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas
• 3 to 5 years of related experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting, or consulting

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000 to $115,000 annually, with exact pay determined by experience and geographic location
