Accounting Advisory - Associate

Overview

Clients face complex, fast-changing demands driven by evolving regulatory requirements and financial reporting needs, along with the complexity that can come with rapid growth—both organic and through acquisitions. This role supports clients as they navigate these pressures by providing practical accounting advisory services grounded in US GAAP and IFRS.

This is an evergreen opportunity accepted through Dec 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Use accounting knowledge to advise clients as they navigate significant business transformation
• Conduct research and analysis related to complex accounting and finance challenges associated with a variety of business changes
• Partner directly with clients to support their needs and deliver high-quality projects
• Develop memos, analyses, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborate with senior leaders and project team members to execute workstreams and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field of study
• Minimum 2 years of experience within an audit and/or industry accounting role
• Working knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS
• Experience with accounting research and writing
• Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in teams in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with an instinct to identify solutions
• Analytical rigor plus strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet client and business needs (travel is an expected part of this role)

Preferred Qualifications

• Participation in internal and external initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm events

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Range: $75K - $113K
• Full time roles are eligible for a full range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.
• Contract roles are not eligible for benefits.

Location

Travel as needed to meet client and business needs is required.
