Overview
This role involves partnering with leadership in U.S. & Canada Institutional and Global Consultant Relations and U.S. Institutional Sales to drive business growth through data-driven insights, pipeline analysis, and client intelligence. The position utilizes Salesforce, performance dashboards, and AI-enabled resources to enhance decision-making, increase commercial efficiency, and support key growth initiatives across institutional channels.
The role also includes leading the planning and management of conferences, sponsorships, and client events to boost client engagement and market visibility.
Responsibilities
- Analyze pipeline activity, forecasts, and opportunity trends to support revenue growth and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize Salesforce, analytics tools, and AI-powered insights to improve targeting, prioritization, and decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and strategic materials for senior leadership.
- Support priority client, consultant, insurance, and strategic partner initiatives through research, planning, and opportunity tracking.
- Manage conferences, sponsorships, and client events including planning, logistics, attendee targeting, follow-up, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA licensing including SIE or equivalent, Series 7 and Series 63.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $69,300 - $126,000 per year, depending on location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level.

- Des Moines, IA: $73,150 – $99,750 / year
- Charlotte, NC: $77,000 – $105,000 / year
- Chicago, IL / Minneapolis, MN: $84,700 – $115,500 / year
- Los Angeles / New York City: $92,400 – $126,000 / year
- Non-sales positions may participate in a bonus program.
- Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives and, in some cases, a bonus plan.
- Flexible Time Off (FTO) program for salaried employees, allowing paid time away without accrual or set limits.
Work Environment
- Options for in-office, hybrid (at least three office days per week), or remote work arrangements depending on location and leader agreement.
