Analyst

Overview

This Analyst role is based in Covington, GA. Local candidates apply (GA). Position is remote for now with the possibility of on-site work in Covington, GA.

• Duration: 5+ months contract
• Total Hours/week: 37.50
• Pay rate: $25–$30/hr
• Shift: 1st shift
• Employment type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC holders only)
• Visa restrictions: No H1B’s

Responsibilities

• Develop financially viable agreements in support of divisional sales and profit goals.
• Evaluate and process field transactions.
• Administer contract membership eligibility.
• Support pricing dispute resolution related to GPO membership eligibility.
• Maintain contract files and the associated systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Force (TMs, DMs, and RMs), Directors of National Accounts, Health Systems Vice Presidents, Strategic Customer Vice Presidents, and the Contract Offer Development team to implement complex, critical contracting membership activities.
• Support Sales Force with field transactions including:
  • pricing inquiries
  • quotations
  • trade-outs
  • pricing discrepancies
  • IDN transitions
  • other ad-hoc requests

Requirements

• Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Professional communication and collaboration.
• High attention to detail.
• Quick learner and self-starter.
• Ability to work professionally in person, via email, and over the phone.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Business or equivalent business experience.
• 2 years contracts experience.
• 1-year finance and/or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of i5 and JD Edwards software.
• Systems experience including i5/JD Edwards and SAP.
